Unsure of which size, color or style of products to get?
Feel free to purchase as many products as you would like, then have the convenience of returning the ones you don’t end up wanting.
We understand that picking the right product can be quite a task, so we offer a no-hassle 30-day return policy money-back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any products for a full refund of the merchandise total with no restocking fees.
Simply submit your return request within 30 days from order date to be eligible for return. Once you get your return instructions to send the product back, you have 30 more days to send the item back.
You will receive a UPS shipping label to return your products (excluding international orders). The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was defective or damaged, you will not be charged any return shipping fees.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected without any issues.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please do not modify the product in any way. If these conditions are not met, the return could be subject to a restocking fee or sent back to sender.
Refused shipments will be credited back the merchandise amount, minus any returned freight fees, including duties and taxes if it was shipped into Canada.
Return an Item or Order
1. TO start your return, please email support@infraredheatpads.com.
2. Please send us your order number, email address and the selected items you would like to return with quantity next to each item.
3. Once we get your email, we will email you back with instructions on how to return and you will get a return shipping label.
4. When you get the shipping label, please double box your shipment and make sure the shipping label is on the outer box.
5. You can expect your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your return. All refunds are issued in the same payment method used in the original transaction from the items you are returning.
